Private surf lessons allow a more personal one on one surf experience. Have a completely private lesson with one person or bring your family and friends. We have up to a 3 to 1 student to instructor ratio on all private lessons.
Surf Lessons begin with ages 6 and up. We like everyone to have swimming experience. Children under 9 are required to have a Single person private lesson to ensure safety and a more one on one experience.
Private Surf lessons are offered from Memorial Day to late fall with your choice of times either: 7:30 am, 9:15 am or 4:00pm, 5:45 pm. We book lessons for Monday Through Thursday and Sunday morning, with Friday and Saturday as make-up days for bad weather.

-1 hour hands on water instruction

- Basic ocean safety
- Paddling and positioning on the board
- Basic wave reading knowledge
Our Guarantee: If you are not STANDING on the board by the end of your surf lesson, you next lesson is free!!
Time / Location of your lesson may change due to weather and sound/ocean conditions. You will be notified via phone or email in advance of the lesson.
All you need is your bathing suit, towel, sun screen and water. We will provide your surf board, leash and wetsuit if needed.
